4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Pro Plan: Access to the Pro plan is available for a subscription fee of $20 USD per month.
- Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved at our sole discretion.
5. AI-Generated Content and Warranty Disclaimer

- "AS IS" Basis: The code and visuals generated by our AI are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: While our AI models are advanced, they may produce code that contains errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code before deploying it in a production environment.
- User Responsibility: You acknowledge that codeBI.dev is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional software development practices. We accept no liability for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of code generated by our Service.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the specific prompts you input and the visuals you generate. codeBI.dev retains all rights to the underlying platform, software, and AI integration technologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, codeBI.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
